They have studied the basic stages of processing satellite images: radiometric, atmospheric, and geometric correction of images, creating orthophotoplans and orthomosaics. Representatives of ITС "Scanex" also organized several training projects where the capabilities of the thematic module of the Scanex Image Processor program were detailed: automated image classification with and without machine learning, creating neural networks for classification, using various vegetation indices, and much more.
At the end of 2019, based on Scanex Image Processor, the "Innoter" team carried out a series of successful thematic projects, including detecting oil spills, forest taxation, environmental monitoring, monitoring the state of forest resources, monitoring landfill situations (solid waste), monitoring illegal subsoil use.
