- 2011-2014 - Director for the development and implementation of services of the TOP-5 largest IT integrators of the Russian Federation SITRONICS JSC (ENVISION GROUP) AFK Sistema. Responsible for the implementation of the sales plan in the electric power industry and the fuel and energy complex, developed and implemented the Strategy for working with the electric power market.
- 2008 - present Managing Partner of FINEX Consulting LLC (TOP-3 UFAO RF, leading consulting company in the power grid complex).
- 2006-2007 project manager in major international investment company "SEIMAR".
Achievements:
- Obtaining and ensuring the execution of large IT projects in Russian Grids (unified geographic information system), Bashneft (ASKUE, IT).
- Development of strategic documents for Russian Grids (IDGC Holding).
- Development of draft regulatory legal acts for the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
- Import substitution of electrical products for the needs of Russian Grids.

Ensures the implementation of Contracts on time and with quality. Responsible for compliance with state secrets requirements, personnel management and development. Supervises the Department of Cartography and Geoinformation Technologies.
Experience:
- 2009-2019 - Head of the Department of Cartography (100+ employees) LLC "Northern Geographical Company". She was responsible for the execution of the state order for the creation of digital topographic and navigational maps.
- 2002-2008 specialized cartographic institute. Worked her way up from a specialist to the head of the cartographic department.
Achievements:
- Took part in the development and implementation of technologies for processing remote sensing data to create digital and electronic maps of the area for various purposes.
- During the period of leadership of the Department of Cartography, cartographic materials were created/updated for more than 10 million km2.

Dmitry Komarov
Chief Operational Officer (COO)

Ensures the operation of the company. Responsible for Block Services, development and implementation of information technologies, establishment and development of Partnerships, optimization of business processes.
Experience:
- 2013-2016 - international logistics and cargo storage. Launched a warehouse complex from scratch - from the construction stage, through providing the warehouse with loading equipment, racking equipment and setting up a warehouse management system, to attracting external customers to the entire available area.
- 2006-2013 - Atlantic seafood sales.
Achievements:
- Launch a warehouse complex from scratch.
- In GEO Innoter built up the system of business processes and ensured its constant optimization for changes in the Company's business model.

Kuleshova Tatiana
Deputy Director General

Ensures the execution of the budget in terms of income and financial planning. Responsible for interaction and development of partnerships with key government and corporate customers.
Experience:
- 2016-2018 - Head of the Financial and Legal Department of Northern Geographic Company LLC (main activity - state defense order). Responsible for financial planning, interaction with government customers, banks, budget authorities and contractors.
- 2002-2016 - banking sector. Worked her way up from a specialist to Vice President of the Bank. Participated in the development and implementation of bank development strategies, responsible for sales of banking products and services, building the client service from scratch, attracting large corporate clients to increase the deposit portfolio.
Achievements:
- Obtaining and ensuring the execution of large projects for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and other government agencies.
- Development and implementation of effective anti-crisis measures to optimize expenses, restructuring of accounts payable (Northern Geographic Company LLC)
- Development and effective implementation of pilot banking products and services. Significant increase in the deposit portfolio in a short term, retention of the corporate client base (Banking sector)
