Monitoring the spread of forest fires in the Irkutsk region, calculating the damage done, creating schematic maps

According to the operatively selected data from the Earth remote sensing satellites, the employees performed thematic processing of satellite images, within the framework of which they prepared schematic maps and performed the following types of work:
- forecasting the spread of forest fires;
- an estimate of the total area covered by fires;
- assessment of economic damage.
